We use the &lt;a href="http://www.amazon.com/Fermtech-Large-0-5-Inch-Auto-Siphon/dp/B001D6KGRW/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Fermtech auto siphon&lt;/a&gt; for racking. It comes fitted with a cap on the end that is quite good at keeping out whole hops without any additional filter. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But we just killed the Half Nelson -- the only drawback of the small batch size is it doesn&amp;#39;t last long.
